Consultations and Occupied Stagings
Knowing what to do to make your home stand out can often be confusing and overwhelming. We know what helps sell a home, and what detracts from getting competitive offers on the table.

We walk through your property with you and give you a prioritized list of recommendations to make your MLS photos look spectacular and attract a wider pool of buyers. Recommendations may include painting, furniture placement, decluttering, depersonalization, curb appeal, and color-coordinating art and accessories. If you want us to assist you with these activities, our team can help lighten your workload, or we can provide referrals to professionals who can do the work for you.

Vacant and Accessory Stagings
Purchasing your own furnishings can be expensive and time-consuming. We have an extensive inventory of stylish furniture, quality art, high-end accessories, and years of experience to make your home beautiful for enticing MLS photos and unforgettable in-person showings. Our service includes everything you need – creating a staging plan, selecting the right furniture and accessories, home delivery and set up, and removing the items after due diligence is over. We stage only the most important rooms to maximize emotional appeal for the least cost. We also offer special Accessory Staging services (without furniture) to add a little flare to vacant homes or to complement any furnishings you may already have.

Once we moved out of our home, we couldn’t believe how empty and dull it looked. Our Realtor recommended staging it, and she put us in touch with Home Staging to Sell. Barb’s team made our home look so warm and inviting that we wanted to move back in! We soon had multiple offers and ended up selling over the asking price. The best thing is that we saved several months of mortgage payments which we used to go on a much-needed vacation.
